With more than 350 hectares of old vineyards in the center of La Rioja Alavesa, sheltered by the Sierra de Cantabria, we produce COTA 585. That height of 585 meters with its continuous aeration and the limestone soil, unique in the world, make our strains offer crops that are contained in quantity and of exceptional quality.
The winery
Located in Elvillar de Álava at 585m. of altitude, Bodega San Roque was founded more than 70 years ago with the intention of continuing the winemaking wisdom transmitted from parents to children, in which care for the land and care in winemaking stand out.
